“Hiring Rachel and the With Love, Wedding Planning team was one of the best (if not the best) decision we made when planning our wedding. From the very start Rachel made us feel comfortable, she understood our vision, and was extremely detail-oriented. We had a backyard wedding so there were a TON of moving parts, we had separate vendors for everything (catering, alcohol, DJ, florist, dessert, videographer, tent rental, dance floor & chairs, shuttle buses, etc.) Rachel was our point person for EVERYTHING; reviewing contracts, communicating timelines, and reminding us when payments were coming up. Her meetings and checklists helped us stay on track leading up to our wedding day. We threw her some curve balls switching from a clear-top tent to a white high peak tent weeks before the wedding and our ice cream truck unfortunately broke down. Rachel reached out to both vendors and proactively found solutions taking the stress off our plates. Not to mention our videographer came down with COVID days before our wedding and Rachel had already reached out, found replacement videographers and had quotes for us before we even knew our original guy was sick. To say she was phenomenal is an understatement. We merely hoped for an organized planner that would make sure everything went smooth on our big day. We like to believe we left with a friend for life who helped make our dream wedding a reality. We cannot thank her and our dream team of vendors enough!”
